When Minecraft When it was released in 1994, it already contained many of the items and blocks that are widely used today. These include Redstone, TNT and the Minecraft Enchanting tables, which remain common features for most players. Although they weren’t available at launch, fireworks were added to the game in a later update. Reddit user SnooWalruses1399 recently shared a video showing off his clever use of fireworks. The clip begins with the finished product, showing a blue firework that looks like water exploding in the middle of a field of plants, just as in the real world a sprinkler might be used to water the plants. This system is activated by pressing a button, and the player demonstrates that by changing the number of charges, the size of the area the firework spreads over can be tweaked. The player demonstrates this idea using three separate Minecraft Fireworks that go off after a button is pressed. The idea can also be applied to an overhead structure that shoots the projectiles downward, which is similar to many sprinkler systems used to irrigate fields.

This block is covered in water, which actually moistens the surrounding ground, and the structure is encased in glass, making it easier to see. Each sprinkler has four firework charges and a trapdoor on top to ensure the blue explosion spreads in all directions. Although fireworks can cause damage, Minecraft Survival players should know that this system can be deployed remotely and does not harm the crops.
