Christina Applegate tells the cast of Love Island to stop using white deodorant

Reality TV expert Christina Applegate has some advice for the attractive twenty-somethings trying to mate Love Island.

On Wednesday, Dead to me The star took to social media to air some complaints about the show that is very close to her heart.

“I adore Love Island. I’ve seen every season,” Applegate assured his followers on X. “I have a problem with production and the contestants. Can you please stop making weird noises with your water bottles? Like holding a straw in your mouth and chewing on it and not sipping. Or girls with long nails making click-clack noises.”

She then continued her tirade with a second post and addressed the islanders directly with a tip on personal hygiene.

“White deodorant in your armpits is gross in the heat,” Applegate wrote. “You are all very attractive people so please use clear deodorant!!! The white shit in your armpits is not good. I’m just helping you be the best version of yourselves. Haha.”

Applegate’s complaints were met with approval, with one fan writing, “I hate when it curdles. It reminds me of something too graphic to share. I really can’t even type it.”

But Applegate had no such reservations. “Well, I’ll say it for you,” the actress replied. “A yeast infection. That’s all I see at the moment.”

Applegate, who has made her battle with multiple sclerosis public, had previously stated that she had only recently become addicted to reality TV.

“I only started two years ago when I was diagnosed,” Applegate said in an April episode of her Messy Podcast. “In the two years that I’ve been watching from my bed, I’ve probably watched, what? 300 hours of reality TV, I’d say. Probably more.”

Applegate went on to say that she has even taken her fan base to the next level by becoming friends with some of the personalities she enjoys watching on television.

“I’m actually friends with some people now,” she said, adding that she is friends with several yacht crew members from Under deck“I snuck into their DMs and became friends with Captain Lee (Rosbach), Kate Chastain and Daisy (Kelliher).”

In the same conversation, Applegate revealed that she missed a chance to be a reality TV star when she turned down an appearance on The The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills “About 10 years ago.” She joked that it was for the best, “I would be the worst housewife anyway.”
